Mission Statement
To be an integral part of Caldwell Elementary School and its community by collaborating with staff to create authentic learning for students, providing quality resources and instruction to students and staff, encouraging effective use of ideas and information, and promoting lifelong reading and learning for both pleasure and information.

Qualifications: BS Elementary Education from Texas State University -2008 M. ED in Curriculum Design from Texas State University - 2010 Master of Library Science from Texas Woman's University - 2022

My goal for the school library is to create an inclusive space where all students want to be. I work to ensure students love reading and drive their own learning by self-selecting their books. If you ever have any questions about our library or would like to volunteer, please let me know.
Mi objetivo para la biblioteca escolar es crear un espacio inclusivo donde todos los estudiantes quieran estar. Trabajo para garantizar que a los estudiantes les guste la lectura e impulsen su propio aprendizaje seleccionando ellos mismos sus libros. Si alguna vez tiene alguna pregunta sobre nuestra biblioteca o le gustaría ser voluntario, hágamelo saber.
Library Hours-
The school library is open on school days from 8 am to 11 am and 12 pm to 2:30 pm.
We have open circulation which allows students to come return their books and check out new ones throughout the day, in addition to when they attend library lessons as a class.

La biblioteca de la escuela está abierta los días lectivos de 8 a 11 horas y de 12 a 14:30 horas.
